I recently was asked, “How can I get in the best shape as quickly as possible”? If it were indeed that easy to transform your body, every individual would be in their BEST shape. Results don’t miraculously appear in a few weeks or months. It takes a vast amount of time, putting in hard work, and being consistent. No detox tea, waist trainer, fat burning pill, etc., will get you results. That’s right. If you have been spending your money on supplements or any products you think will magically strip fat away, you can save your money and never invest in them again. If you aren’t physically putting in the work, you are only cutting yourself short.
Getting in your best shape will NOT be simple, nor should it be. How do you expect to flourish in life and see what you are truly capable of achieving if you are constantly snug and cozy? You won’t. You will often face hurdles on your path, but does that mean you give up and quit when that happens? No! That means you will need to dig deep and keep pushing forward no matter what circumstances try to interfere. You can’t let challenges or setbacks stop you from reaching your goals.
Remember, if it were that simple, everyone would be doing it. Even if you were to put in 5% effort when you aren’t feeling your best, that is better than giving up entirely and letting your potential and goals wither away. Not everything will be linear or work out how you want it to go as planned, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that you are consistent.
You can’t commit for a few weeks, give up the following week when faced with a challenge, come back a week later, and expect to see a change. That isn’t how results appear. They happen when you stay on the path, even when your mind tries to tell you to stop. It’s up to you not to let the voices in your head conquer you and take control of your life.
All in all, get after what you want and do the work that is required to succeed. Don’t look for an easy way out because there is no easy. Your goals don’t care about the excuses you have. Believe in yourself, and keep pushing forward. You got this! ATTACK!🦈
